Inspection Workflow

Five stages, documented

Incoming substrate inspection

Visual and dimensional check of raw substrates before fabrication begins.

In-process dimensional inspection

Critical dimensions measured at each major fabrication step. 100% inspection applied to all critical specs.

Surface form measurement

Surface flatness and form verified using a Zygo interferometer and an imported white-light profilometer.

Post-coating spectral verification

Every coated batch is sampled on a spectrophotometer to confirm transmission and reflectance match the designed coating performance.

Final packaging inspection

Visual inspection under controlled lighting before final cleanroom packaging.

Warranty covers manufacturing-side defects only and does not apply to handling damage, optical damage from exceeded laser thresholds, or misuse outside specified conditions.
